Employment Information
- Printed a copy of all of my pay stubs
- I received a yearly Employee Benefits Information Statement so I printed a copy of these.
- Letter from my employer (contacted Human Resources) stating: "To whom it may concern: (first name, last name) has been employed full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_, as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an annual salary of $XXXXX. Signed, (Supervisor)." The letter should be on company letterhead.
- W-2s for the past several years
- IRS tax return transcripts (can be ordered for free here)
Bank Account Information
- Word document listing 1) when the account was opened 2) amount of money deposited in the past year 3) current balance; (I talked to a representative from my bank and I was not able to get a bank official to write an official letter for me. They told me they would send me the same information that I could obtain online. So, I printed a copy of my first bank statement showing when the account was opened. Then I printed a copy of each month's statement showing the amount deposited. Finally, I printed a copy of my most current statement.

Mortgage Information
- Copy of current loan information that lists my principal balance
- Copy of loan activity (all payments that I have made to the present)

- Color copy of my (petitioner's) birth certificate
- Color copy of my (petitioner's) driver's license
- Color copy of first page of petitioner's passport
- Original copy in envelope of directions from the American Consulate General; The letter says: Present this letter at your interview. If you do not, you will be turned away
- Letter of Intent (Petitioner)-signed and dated more recently (same as in I-129F packet just with a more recent date)
- Form I-134, Affidavit of Support-signed and dated
- Copies of all letters and envelopes sent to me (petitioner) from USCIS, NVC, Consulate, etc.
- Copy of receipt of payment for visa appointment
Trips Taken
- Created a Word document listing the dates of all of our trips
- Printed out an Orbitz document confirming the dates of all or our trips
- Matched the dates of the trips with stamps in passport pages
- Printed photos for each trip taken (one of us together; one of us with family members or friends/showing a landmark); I dated the back of each photo and wrote the location where the photo was taken

- Copy of I-129F packet (included copies of cards/envelopes I had received, phone call logs (Rebtel/GoogleVoice), and e-mails)
- His passport which included tourist and student visas
- His original birth certificate
- Letter of "No antecedentes" since police reports cannot be obtained in Mexico
- Two 2x2 photographs taken within 6 months of his interview
- Copy of interview appointment letter (obtained when he scheduled it online)
- Copy of DS-160 submission confirmation
- Cards and envelopes I had sent him
- Skype chat log (we had 431 pages so we printed every 10th page)
